Jrebel从6.5.1版开始封了idea.lanyus.com，目前还可以用idea.qinxi1992.cn激活，现在Jrebel限制切换离线最多只能离线半年。

在网友帮助下找到问题了，把upx加的壳脱掉，用高点的端口

brew install upx
upx -d IntelliJIDEALicenseServer_darwin_amd64
