        you should add the string

        -javaagent:/path/to/JetbrainsCrack-3.1-release-enc.jar

        to the end of .vmoption file of your JB product

            then I can't open IDEA again, when I delete the string, I can open it unregistered

            oh, you should to insert a full path to the dir with JetbrainsCrack-3.1-release-enc.jar, starting from the disk's root, e.g.
            C:\Users\hyogo\JetbrainsCrack-3.1-release-enc.jar
            it's the same path like a
            %userprofile%\JetbrainsCrack-3.1-release-enc.jar
